Step 1 — Scope alignment

We review parcel records, prior surveys, and any title documentation provided. For ALTA work, we coordinate directly with title.

Step 3 — Field work

Our crew collects boundary evidence, topographic data, building features, or construction layout points using integrated methods (RTK GNSS, robotic total stations, 3D laser scanning, UAV).

Step 4 — Data processing & QA

We process field data, perform quality control, and prepare deliverables in your required format.

Step 5 — Delivery & coordination

Final deliverables go to your team with clear documentation. For ongoing projects, we remain available for clarifications, revisions, and follow-on scope.
